Don 2 Promotions in Jaipur

As a part of the campaign to promote Don 2 in seven cities across India, the film’s team comprising Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar will meet the fans in Jaipur on Friday. The promotional event is being held at Crystal Palm mall in Jaipur. However, Shahrukh Khan won’t be able to make it on time as he was stuck in Ahmedabad as the plane developed a technical snag. “Still stuck in plane with spoilt flaps can't take off from ahmedabad. Waiting for plane from mumbai..will meet all jaipur now in the morning... Sorry guys one of those technical plane thingies. Will make it up to u guys and girls at the mall in the morning...reaching jaipur by 1 am” Shahrukh wrote on his twitter page. The programme at the mall is planned around 11am. “Morning all.. In Jaipur, finally! 5 hr delay last evening!! Anyway, all's well that ends well.. See you soon!” Farhan Akhtar, the film’s director, tweeted. Priyanka Chopra seemed excited about the promotional event and wrote: “Morning Jaipur... feels great to be in your city! Catch the entire Don team at Crystal Palm Mall at 11:00 am today. Cant wait 2 see u guys.” Don 2 is slated to release on December 23.

The latest celebrity to make her presence is none other than vivacious Priyanka Chopra.

Piggy Chops spoke about love, life and career and what caught our attention are her views on love. 

The actress told Garewal that unconditional love doesn't exist at all. She said, "I've discovered over the years that nobody can give unconditional love. It's the toughest thing in the world. No expectations...you can't do it, it's not possible. But, to just give, even if it's unrequited, I'm not saying be a door mat - but that's how love should be." So, how difficult or easy it is to woo the lady? "I will be two ways; I will make life really difficult for you, if I like you. I have these walls and especially if I like somebody then I build them even more. The only way for him to I guess penetrate that wall would be to just sweep me off, take me by surprise, make me believe that he really wants it." The host asked her if it's easy to fall in love with the co-stars, as they are always romancing each other on-screen and are insanely attractive. Priyanka replied, "It is great to be in a relationship while doing films. It's a lot of feeling, of course it is, because you know, the scenes have another meaning and it's cute and it's fun, but it's not necessary. I mean it will be the same thing if we don't get along with the co-actor." So, all you guys there who have been dreaming of dating PC, she has shared a tip with you which might be handy. Chopra has done some substantial roles in her movies like FASHION and SAAT KHOON MAAF, which her counterparts can give an arm to bag them. Says she, "I've been very lucky to be able to do all kinds of films, and I've been told, if you don't do it, no one else can and we won't make the film. I guess I'm blessed." PC even admitted that she is a very bad loser and would even punch people if she were to lose in a game. "I'm very competitive - very bad loser. I'm the worst loser. I'll punch people if I lose in a game (laughs)."

People magazine recently released their annual Best Dressed edition of the magazine and Priyanka Chopra came top of the list receiving the title of India’s Best Dressed. Priyanka Chopra featured on the cover of the Best Dressed edition of People magazine and in celebration of the occasion the actress walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra at the Mercedes-Benz Best Dressed show on Saturday. Before the show the actress tweeted of her excitement to walk for Manish Malhotra. Priyanka tweeted, “Looking forward to walking for Manish Malhotra for thePeople magazines best dressed issue. Should be super fun.” The former Miss World shared her excitement on being named as India’s Best Dressed telling the media, “I’m excited because I never thought I would get this title.” 

Priyanka Chopra will next be seen on the big screen in a special appearance in Ra.One that is set to release on 26^th October 2011.

Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra: What's going on?

Alot has been said about how actors Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra are increasingly getting closer to each other. There’s buzz now that the two stars have apparently become wary of talking to each other in public as the curiosity around them is growing by the day. But on Friday evening, pictures started going viral on Twitter and other online sites, which show their comfortable body language at a reality show on which they were slated to make an appearance.Shah Rukh and Priyanka sat side-by-side and whispered into each other’s ears, as the paparazzi had a field day. Sources say, it was during this time that a couple of people surreptously switched on their mobile phone cameras and recorded the two share some laughs together.

Apparently, Shah Rukh and Priyanka were not even supposed to meet each other on these sets if sources are to be believed. According to sources, the time given to Shah Rukh was 4 to 6pm, while Priyanka was to come in between 6 and 7pm. The way the schedules were planned out, sources say, Priyanka’s slot was supposed to start at least half an hour after SRK. Under normal circumstances, the two actors might not have met because they were on two different time slots. But that didn’t happen. “Shah Rukh got late and informed through his staff that he wouldn’t be able to arrive before 7pm. When Priyanka learnt about it, she decided to wait till Shah Rukh came. The shoot also didn’t start as PC waited for Shah Rukh,” says a source. Shah Rukh, who was in a hurry to go for an awards function later, decided to quickly wrap up the shoot,but apparently was not surprised to see Priyanka waiting, say sources. “They shot their segments separately, but in-between spent some time together. Shah Rukh even asked the crew members to wait for sometime as he wanted to catch up with Priyanka before he left,” the source adds.
